Copyright Information
The Write Foundation is copyrighted material. This includes any digital or paper copies of Instruction Manuals, Student Worksheets, Teacher Presentation pages and Additional Resources. TWF is the result of 9 years of active development, with thousands of hours of hard work. Using an unauthorized copy, which is a copy that you have not paid TWF for directly or purchased through an authorized store, is stealing.
As Christians, we believe God’s word:
Leviticus 19:11 (English Standard Version)
"You shall not steal; you shall not deal falsely; you shall not lie to one another.”
2 Thessalonians 3:8 (English Standard Version)
“…nor did we eat anyone’s bread without paying for it, but with toil and labor we worked night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you.”
Ephesians 4:28 (English Standard Version)
“Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need.”
Student worksheets are copyrighted and copies should not be made for use outside of the immediate family who purchased the original worksheets. Student worksheets are priced to eliminate the need for a teacher to make copies for additional students. Digital copies of TWF are authorized for the use of the one immediate family only who purchases the curriculum. Making additional copies for anyone outside of the immediate family or transferring by email or any other means is not allowed and breaks the copyright law.
TWF digital copies are copyrighted and contain an End User License Agreement, which states you have purchased a license to use the intellectual property for your immediate family only. It also states that this license is non-transferable, which means the digital copies cannot be sold, loaned, or given away. The digital copies are priced for one user. Exception: teachers may email digital lesson assignments to students outside of their family.
