Tax Exempt Sales
If you wish to make a tax exempt purchase on behalf of your organization, please send your proof of tax exempt status to us. You may email a copy to
rebecca@thewritefoundation.org. You may fill out the
Exemption Request or send a copy of your proof of exemption (Exemption Certificate or payment voucher). Once we have approved the tax exempt sale for your company, we will then send you a designated link to complete your transaction and be routed to PayPal for purchase completion.
The Write Foundation will approve tax exemptions on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse the use of your entity's tax exempt status. If you do not get approved for tax exempt sales by The Write Foundation, you may submit your completed sale receipt and exemption documents to the State of Texas to request a refund on the sales tax processed.
